President Muhammadu Buhari has approved a one year waiver of Import levy on electricity meters.
This is coming on the heels of the Federal Government commitment to support reforms in the electricity industry, and the implementation of Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERCNG’s) Meter Asset Provider (MAP) scheme.
The Presidency on his official twitter handle tweeted, “Electricity Sector: In line with the Federal Government’s commitment to supporting reforms in the electricity industry, and the implementation of
