The Lagos State government has announced the discharged of 21 COVID-19 patients after they have recovered from the virus.
Governor of Lagos, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu disclosed this on Saturday while given updates on the COVID-19 pandemic in the state.
Sanwo-Olu said with the 21 discharged patients total number so far discharged from the virus in the state is now 875.

Good people of Lagos,
21 #COVID19 Lagos patients; 6 females and 15 males, including a foreign national have been discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
The patients; 6 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, 11 from Onikan, 3 from Agidingbi and 1 from Gbagada Isolation Centres were discharged today having fully recovered and tested negative to COVID-19.
This brings to 875, the number of #COVID19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged in Lagos,” it was tweeted.
