COVID-19: Nigeria jumps to 26,484 as NCDC confirms 790 new cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 790 new cases of coronavirus pandemic in the country on Wednesday, making the total cases jump to 26,484.

Delta State takes the lead on the new recorded cases with 166, while Lagos the epicentre of the disease has 120 and Enugu 66.

With the new cases, the NCDC said total of 26,484, infectious cases have been recorded, 10,152 fully recovered patients have been discharged while 603 have been confirmed dead across all the isolation centres in the country.

The NCDC tweeted:
