COVID-19: Nigeria jumps to 34854 as it records 595 new cases

The coronavirus case in Nigeria keeps increasing daily as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 595 new cases of the infectious disease on Thursday making the total case in the country jump to 34,854.

According to the NCDC report, there is also increase in the recorded death case as the nation now has a total of 769 deaths.

There is however an appreciable increase as well in the number of discharged cases as NCDC said 14292 patients have been discharged across all isolation centres in the country.

Lagos State recorded 156 of the new cases making it epicentre of the disease.

Ondo record 95 and Rivers 53 respectively of the new cases.
