Nigeria COVID-19 jumps to 1273, 91 new cases confirmed

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, reported that 91 new cases of the COVID-19 has been confirmed making the total confirmed cases jump to 1273 in the country Out of the confirmed cases, Lagos State has 43 with Sokoto having 8 new cases respectively.
The NCDC as at 11:50pm yesterday on its official twitter handle NCDC @NCDCgov stated that 91 new cases have been confirmed with 239 discharged cases and 40 deaths.
“91 new cases of #COVID19 reported; 43-Lagos, 8-Sokoto, 6-Taraba, 5 each in Kaduna and Gombe as well as 3 each in Ondo, FCT, Edo, Oyo, Rivers and Bauchi, 2-Osun, 1 each in Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Ebonyi and Kebbi.
As at 11:50pm 26th April- 1273 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Discharged: 239, Deaths: 40,” NCDC tweeted.
