Tinubu, Obasa others mourn late Oshodi APC Apex leader, Alhaji Badmus

National leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Mudashir Obasa and Secretary to the Oshodi/Isolo Local Government, Hon Taoheed Oladipupo have mounrn the death of the late Apex leader of Oshodi APC, Alhaji Ganiyu Badmus.

Alhaji Badmus died on Thursday aged 70.

In a condolence letter by Tinubu, he condoned with the late APC stalwart wife, family and his political associates as he described him as a loyal party man who fought for the progress of the party with his heart.

Tinubu said: “He was a friend and associate, whom I have known and interacted with for decades. I had a personal relationship with Alhaji Badmus. He was an inspirational and loyal party elder.
Alhaji Badmus was a stalwart of the Social Democratic Party during our struggle for rebirth of Democracy in our land”.

Tinubu said the late politician would be missed for his immense contribution to the party’s victories in all elections in Lagos State.

He prayed Allah console the wife, family he left behind and that Allah grant him aljana firdaous.

Also in his words, Obasa said the contributions of Alhaji Badmus would forever remain unforgettable in their minds.

Obasa said ‘it is no doubt that Alhaji Badmus left behind unmatched legacies and impact that will continue to remind us of a fulfilled life he lived’.

Oladipupo said Alhaji Badmus was a father to him, he prayed Allah grant him aljana firdaous

He said the late Alhaji Badmus did not see him as a political associate but rather took him as his son.
