Tunji-Ojo steps down from NDDC probe

Chairman of the House of representatives committee on the Niger Delta. Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has stepped down from the ongoing probe into the activities of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in the lower chamber.

The lawmaker said his decision to step down from chairing the probe panel was to give all parties involved a fair hearing.

Tunji-Ojo has been accused of being an interested party in the case of the NDDC, his stepping aside is to give room for fair hearing to all parties involved.
